Bon Appétit's Coffee Commitment
At Bon Appétit we offer all of our clients a variety of ethically-sourced coffee. All of our college accounts offer Fair Trade certified coffee and many of our cafés offer Rainforest Alliance certified or organic options. We are evaluating how much we brew at a time to reduce waste and are actively researching where the beans come from and how they get to us.
